Who Is This Guide For?

Whatever daily grind you have going on – if you’re looking for a way to break free from the shackles of your J.O.B (Just Over Broke) and you want to become an entrepreneur and start a successful online business?

...then you’re in the right place.

Or you’ve been procrastinating for a while. Maybe you’re feeling stuck on how to put your idea into action and get your product or service out to a wider audience.

This guide and my blueprint works for all online marketing methods, such as Affiliate Marketers, E-Commerce, Dropshipping, Amazon FBA & More.

Wherever you are in your journey - this guide is for you.

In this extensive guide, we’ll first dig into the crucial psychological aspects of becoming an entrepreneur. Now before we go any further – you should definitely NOT skip over this part.

Think of it as laying your foundation.

After that, we’ll talk about how to overcome the #1 enemy of all entrepreneurs.

And finally, we’ll take a look at more practical steps you must take to start not only learning how to become a successful online entrepreneur – but to live the experience too.

Why Did I Write This Guide In The First Place?

Reason

You see, I spend a lot of time trying to understand where people are in their journey. What businesses they gravitate to and what their biggest struggles are.
You’ll often catch me scouring various groups and discussion forums, where people keep saying…

“Well, Joe Schmo – I’m going to start…”

    • A dropshipping business
    • An eCommerce business
    • An Amazon FBA business

…or really anything related to online businesses.

And I’ll give them their dues – people are totally convinced they know how you become an entrepreneur and that they are going to make it.
Just like that, if they talk about it enough, slap up a quick website, and have a fragmented approach, they’ll become a gazillionaires within 30 days.

I mean, I like the optimism.
There’s one problem, however – their approach to:

  • Entrepreneurship
  • Online business in general
  • Wider marketing concepts

…are simply non-existent. And then months later they’re left wondering why they failed.
Even worse they’ll make statements such as:

  • **ENTER YOUR CHOSEN BUSINESS MODEL HERE** doesn’t work anymore
  • It only works if you’ve got **ENTER YOUR CHOSEN EXCUSE HERE**
  • **ENTER YOUR CHOSEN BUSINESS MODEL HERE** is a scam!

I truly wish failing weren’t the norm!

But the reality is that you don't start dropshipping, eCommerce, or any other online business just because you decided to do so after watching a couple of YouTube videos.

Ahh yes. YouTube influencers!

They’re a special breed. I mean, I’m not knocking their success or anything.
But these gurus make it look so easy, that anyone could do it. Unfortunately, this is just a sign of future failure.
Most of these YouTube guru videos are a complete waste of time.
Why? Well, have you ever tried to explain years of experience in 10 minutes? You just can’t put everything that goes on behind the scenes, into short videos.

And there’s another problem. When your…

    • Business
    • Niche
    • Industry
    • Commitment
    • Skillset
    • Objectives

…are totally different from the YouTube guru you just watched; you’re largely wasting your time.

To be honest?
You're better off watching The Price is Right.
If it was that easy to make a sustainable income from:

  • Watching a couple of YouTube videos
  • An internet connection
  • A laptop
  • And start without investing any money upfront
…then EVERYONE would be doing it, and no one would have to work the 9 to 5 anymore.

Reason

I wanted to write this guide because most other guides you’ll find on the internet for making money online or learning how to become an entrepreneur mainly touch on the:

  • ‘What’ and ‘Why’

leaving you severely lacking on the ‘HOW’. (and probably even more confused than ever.)

Actually, the ‘what’ and ‘why’ are the easy parts. And it’s true, almost anyone can become an online entrepreneur and start an online business.
But, to really make living out of it and to grow and scale it big, you truly have to understand the HOW.

The Best Ways To Make Money Online

Then apply the HOW to your branding, messaging, remarketing, and everything in-between.

Fact: If you don’t set up your end-to-end system correctly from the get-go – you will fail.

Here’s an example…
Thousands of entrepreneurs are lured into the magic of paid ads as the ultimate honeypot. The problem is ads are not going to save your business unless you have all the other pieces in place first.
You see, paid ads are just a way to test and scale your business fast and predictably. A well “designed” business
If you apply paid ads to a dodgy business – you’re going to get dodgy results. You’re just amplifying your success or failure.
How you set it all up from the get-go, will determine which outcome you have.

So, for me, I just want to make a difference.

  • A difference that doesn’t leave you confused
  • Doesn’t have you running around looking for fragmented pieces of information
  • And doesn’t have you following the wrong marketing and business advice

So, along with my step-by-step Digital Mastery Business Blueprint on “HOW” to start, grow, and scale an online business, I decided to create this comprehensive guide to get you started, and I know both of these will make a real difference to your success.

With the help of these, you will understand and learn the ‘what’ and the ‘why’ – but the HOW as well.

What You Must Become Before Starting

You’ll always want to HAVE the promising results you’ll see presented by the few successful people.
But very few DO because, when you sit down to DO, you immediately find there are thousands of pieces of information you need to put together – like a puzzle. Except with a puzzle you have all the pieces you need from the moment you open the box.

I wish business were that simple.

Trust me when I say this: This is a lot of work…And if you do, carve out a clear plan and strategy from your bits of fragmented information – you’ll immediately find out, it's actually very, very hard. Not as easy how it looked in the YouTube gurus’ videos – right?

Here’s a secret.

This is most likely because you have not BECOME the person that is required to succeed.

Here’s what happens. You start with the HAVE. What this does is forces you to start at the end. Failing to backtrack to the beginning. The problem, however, is this…before you can HAVE, you first must DO. And you don’t DO until you first BECOME. Now I know this might sound a little confusing. But it’s really not.

Essentially, you’ve got to start to BECOME before the rest of the pieces fall in place.
And the hardest part is learning to BECOME an entrepreneur. To develop the mindset to BECOME successful, so you must learn to be:

 Committed
  Consistent
 Focused
 Creative
 Marketer
 Student
 Educator
 Leader
Thing Holding Back Most New Entrepreneurs
So, first learn the traits of how to BECOME a successful entrepreneur and why having the right mindset makes all the difference in your future success. Once you’ve got that in place, it’s time to learn how to overcome the #1 enemy of the Entrepreneurs. Exactly what we’ll be talking about next…

The #1 Thing Holding Back Most New Entrepreneurs

There’s no way around it – you must conquer what is holding you back. And for most aspiring entrepreneurs, that is the Fear of Failure.

Or FOF, for short.

If you’re an aspiring entrepreneur, here’s something you don’t hear every day:

“There are a great number of reasons why new businesses fail, but no business has succeeded without these failures. Don’t let that fear of failure justify your decision for not starting a business today!”

If you’re an aspiring entrepreneur, here’s something you don’t hear every day:

“There are a great number of reasons why new businesses fail, but no business has succeeded without these failures. Don’t let that fear of failure justify your decision for not starting a business today!”

Listen, failure is a part of life and while the idea of failure scares most people, what they don’t know is that their fear is hindering them from achieving success.
Don’t let failure get in the way of what you want because if you do, it will leave you paralyzed.
If you’re letting your fear of failure decide for you, you’re never going to know the extent of your capabilities.
You could be the next Steve Jobs or Bill Gates; you could have a million-dollar idea that could change your life and the lives of many; yet you don’t do anything about it because you’re afraid.
Many start-up entrepreneurs are affected by FOF and as a result, they tend to procrastinate.
Entering the world of self-employment is scary. The transition from your J.O.B to self-employment and running your own business can instigate the fear of failure in many would-be entrepreneurs.
I get it, having feelings of uncertainty is common especially for someone who is just starting to learn the ropes, but the truth is, no one was born great.
If you’ve always wanted to start a business, I’m pretty sure that someone already told you that all new businesses fail during the first 3 years.
Hearing those words can strike fear into some of the strongest of people – but your drive to success should never be overpowered by that fear.

If you want to learn more about how to eliminate your fear of failure and achieve success, I actually wrote an eBook:

“Fear of failure, entrepreneurs #1 enemy – How to eliminate your fear of failure and achieve success”

And it is one of the BONUS books I give for free to each of my Digital Mastery Business Blueprint members.

How To Get Started And Make Money Online?

There’s a very good chance you lack either…
time-and-money

…to start a full-time online business at home.

Thing Holding Back Most New Entrepreneurs

In this case, I would recommend starting with Blogging, since it can be a bit more of a passion topic, and in many cases, you can add the Affiliate marketing business aspect to your blog, when your blog traffic increases. However, do not let your passion become a limiting factor.

If your passion is something that you’ll not be able to monetize in the future, then I would recommend rethinking your way forward. After all, when you are committing to an online entrepreneurship, it needs to be rewarding as well.

Here’s a quick reminder:
Always start collecting the email addresses of your blog visitors, since this will be an easy way to expand your business later on by starting a Dropshipping business – a business model that doesn’t require you to invest in any product stock.
Always start collecting the email addresses of your blog visitors, since this will be an easy way to expand your business later on by starting a Dropshipping business – a business model that doesn’t require you to invest in any product stock.

Or another potential idea is developing a product or private label and starting your own E-Commerce business. And, while you’re at it you could go one step further and sell your products on Amazon using the Amazon FBA business model.
Another less spoken about method, is to turn your content affiliate site into a fully-fledged eCommerce store. Why waste all that traffic you’re getting? And if you’ve got a list of email subscribers, you could literally be making more money from day 1.
Just add WooCommerce to your WordPress website and you’ll have a fully functioning E-Commerce store as well.
The fact is, when you’ve got an existing email list of your blog readers, it’ll be so much easier to start selling them your products regardless of which business method you’ll choose.

An Important Piece Of Advice
If you choose any of the e-Commerce business methods from the get-go, I would like to say one thing, please stop chasing “winning” products.

Instead…

Find a product that has demand

And then differentiate your offer from other retailers to stop apples to apples price and product comparisons
Going this route will allow you to increase your prices and have healthy margins. If you want to learn more about how to increase your prices instead of decreasing them in a race to the bottom, I would recommend reading one of my latest posts about this exact topic.
Here’s why it’s important to differentiate your offer…

Just think about it for a second, how many people would want a $19.99 dog collar from a store with 2 other products and 3-week shipping?
When they can buy the same product on Amazon or Chewy and get it for the same price, and get 2-day shipping, all purchased from a well-known retailer – why they would buy from you?

THIS is the reason to differentiate your offer from all the other retailers.

“Online Dollar Stores
...anyone?”

90% of general stores (or as I would refer to them as “online dollar stores”) are trash. This sort of generalized stores just doesn’t work anymore.

If you want to make money, you got to spend money, so start with…

  • Proper branding
  • design
  • Killer offer

And you surely want to avoid these most common mistakes most dropshippers do.
Now, I could probably make an assumption that you want to start generating an income quickly – if this is the case, you’re going to need marketing strategies that actually work.
And the best place to find which strategies work is right here: 9 killer marketing strategies to launch your online business.

The Fastest Way To Make Money Online

The fastest and “easiest” way to start making money is through paid advertisements.
But in no way is this the answer to all of your marketing efforts. If your offer is “broken” or is not “irresistible”, you’ll be wasting your money.
You might as well flush your hard-earned cash down the toilet.

Here’s A Fact For A Start Up Budget

If you don't have at least $1000, don't even bother starting. Especially if you don’t have any pre-existing audience data to work from, such as;

    • FACEBOOK™ PIXEL DATA
    • GOOGLE AUDIENCE DATA

If I’m being perfectly honest, for a total startup budget, nowadays I would recommend having at least $5K.
And at the very least develop a business plan, which includes a budget.
If your calculated budget shows that you need at least $5K to start – I would recommend doubling that to $10K.

Why? There are always expenses that will catch you off guard, so a contingency is good way to prepare yourself for not running out of cash to start your marketing.
So, if you haven’t got that yet, get a job, save as much as you can, and study business and marketing, and prepare your business plan, until you have the budget. Then start it the right way.
By that time, if you’ve taken my advice from the start – you’ll have the right mindset and will hopefully have overcome your fear of failure.
Giving yourself the best possible chance of success from the get-go.
Now, with that said, even if you do have $1000 – don’t jump the ‘gun’.
There are several concepts and practical steps you need to understand first.
And that’s what we’re going to dive into now…

Online Marketing Strategies Working Today

Now it’s time to expand into the practical a bit more –

starting with branding.

Online Marketing Strategies That Actually Work Today

01. Branding You Or Your Business

The First Step To Building A Successful Online Business

The Best Ways To Make Money Online

Going through the steps to becoming an entrepreneur, you should have now hopefully decided which business model you will choose to make money online.

Now it’s time to expand into the practical a bit more – starting with branding.

Branding is critical, so your business can stand out from the others.

You have to be different, or you’ll get lost in a sea of other retailers and businesses out there.

Branding is much more than just a fancy logo and some cool fonts. Your brand needs to target the right audiences and your message needs to be communicated clearly.

They will act when they not only know that you are able to provide the best solution at the best price, but that they also believe in what you stand for.

Success with branding comes down to excelling in all three of those areas I mentioned:

  • Being different from your competitors
  • Targeting the right audiences
  • Communicating your story clearly

Then, after you have understood the branding principles, you should learn more about trademarking and why trademarking can make or break your business in the long run, especially if you’re planning to develop your own product or private label product(s) for your brand.

Check out the articles below to learn more about branding.

02. Unique Selling Point
Optimize Your Edge Over The Competition

Having a unique selling point is what differentiates your business or service from the competition.

A great USP streamlines your offer to focus on the exact features, benefits, or other aspects of your product or service that’s different from what’s already out there.

The Best Ways To Make Money Online

Crafting, understanding, and successfully positioning your USP in the minds of your customers can lead to:

  • Improved revenue
  • Increased loyalty among customers
  • More efficient marketing costs
  • A stronger sales message
  • And it creates a higher perceived value of whatever you’re selling

However, it’s important to note – simple is better.

Trying to come up with complicated unique selling points can not only confuse you but your customers too.

And as the old saying goes – a confused customer never buys.

To understand more about developing your unique selling points here’s a few articles to get you going:

It’s also worth noting that you’ll likely cover some part of your unique selling points when going through building your brand – as they both tie in with one another.

So, once you’ve got those two things in place, it’s time to dig into the most important part of the ‘machine’.

03. Buyer Persona Research
Know Your Customer

Not all buyers were created equal.

What one customer likes another may hate. Understanding this and planning with a clear buyer persona in mind is key to your success.
After all, he or she who knows their customer best – wins.

Buyer personas are essentially representations of your ideal customer. These personas are put together using a series of information that gives you an overall picture of who this person is.

Your buyer persona research can be as shallow or as deep as you make it. But the deeper the insights you have into your ideal prospect, the better positioned you are to provide solutions to their problems.

A detailed, in-depth analysis of your buyer persona can help you:
  • Achieve and develop a better understanding of your ideal prospects
  • Empathize with your target market on a level they know, love, and trust
  • Develop outstanding content and other marketing material
So how do you go about creating a buyer persona? Well, there’s no one specific way, and depending on your business and the product you’re selling you may need different types of information.

You may also have multiple buyer personas – most businesses do. So, conducting thorough research and understanding the unique preferences of each type of buyer is vital if you really want to grow and scale a successful online business.
04. Competitor Research

Know Your Competitors

So, once you ‘know your customer(s)’ – now it’s time to ‘know your competitors’.

Competitor research is a form of strategic planning to not only understand your individual competitors but the market as a whole.

Each competitor will present different threats to the longevity of your business. Knowing these from the outset will help arm you will the knowledge and ‘map’ needed to navigate the choppy waters of growing a business.

While you certainly DON’T want to focus all your time and effort on your competitors (you want to stand out from the crowd after all) – having a good ‘finger on the pulse’ in terms of what your market is doing will serve you well when it comes to:
  • Facing new challenges
  • Adapting or pivoting
  • Entering new markets
Having a deep understanding of where you currently are in your particular market landscape and having a clear idea of where you aim to be could literally be the difference between success and failure.

05. Converting Web Assets
Stop Leaking Money!

Every business, no matter no matter the size – is leaking money somewhere.

Using conversion rate optimization (CRO) we can identify, test, and then implement the necessary changes to improve the amount of money we make with our business.

By implementing a solid CRO strategy to your website, for example, you can:
  • Boost your website visitors
  • Decrease customer acquisition costs
  • Achieve better rankings in search results
  • Increase the lifetime value of a customer
  • Gain a deeper understanding of what your customers like and want

It’s not uncommon for businesses to see a 4-5x jump in website traffic in just a few short months.

In fact, CRO is one of the fastest and most effective strategies to use to increase your revenue. With a few tweaks, you could literally double your revenue overnight.

Of course, everyone’s business and customers are different and what works best for one business might not work for you – that’s why it’s important to:
a) Know what you’re doing
b) And then…Test. Test. Test.

06. Keyword Research

The Most Profitable Form Of Marketing

The Best Ways To Make Money Online

Ahhh, keywords.

Once upon a time, you could literally throw up any old piece of content on the internet, push a few buttons, and voila!

In a few days, sometimes overnight your brand-new page would be sitting pretty at the top of Google.

And if you chose a good keyword you could be making a killing.

Times change, however – and so does Google.

No longer can you just put together a half-baked piece of content, press ‘publish’ and watch your not-so-masterpiece content rise to the top in a matter of hours.

These days you need a bit more planning and tact. The basic idea of keyword research is to find out what your target market is searching for and then work out what it will take to get your page to the top of the search results.

A solid keyword research strategy can help you:
  • Find new topics for your content marketing
  • Target the right customers at each point in their buyer journey
  • Position you as an authority in your niche
  • Increase your email list size
  • Improve your bottom line. Period.

SEO and keyword research aren’t easy. But once you crack it? It can be the most profitable source of traffic leading to an untold amount of sales for your products and services – on autopilot.

07. Copywriting And Content
The Energy Of Your Business

Without being able to effectively convey your message in a way that captures your target audience’s attention, keeps them engaged, and then leads to taking action – your business will not survive.

That’s why it’s absolutely necessary to learn the skill or hire a professional to help you create amazing, compelling words that sell.

Enter copywriting.

Copywriting (or copy) is the ability to sell through the written word. Think of it as salesmanship in print.

A great piece of copywriting will:
  • Grab the attention of your readers
  • Hook them in
  • Keep them engaged
  • Motivate them to take action
Now, ‘take action’ could be anything from:
  • Signing up to download your lead magnet
  • Purchasing a product
  • Clicking on a link within an email
  • Or simply motivating and inspiring them on a unique idea or philosophy you have

Your copy touches every aspect of your business. From your website landing pages and blog posts to your emails and social media content. It’s literally the ‘energy’ of your business.

If your copy sucks, expect people to leave en-mass.
If your copywriting makes your prospects stick like fly-paper – you stand to make a lot of money provided you have the right audience and the right offer.

Without conveying the benefits and overall transformation your prospect will achieve using your product or service – selling anything becomes 100x harder.

In short?

Features tell the story, BUT Benefits SELL! Always lead with the benefits and learn how to write amazing copy or hire a professional to help you out. You’ll be glad you did.

08. Your Irresistible Offer
Framing Your Product Or Service
Thing Holding Back Most New Entrepreneurs

Sometimes you’ll have a great product or service and lots of targeted traffic seeing what you’ve got to offer.

But it won’t be selling.

The problem might have to do with your offer. Or more simply put, the way in which you convey your offer.

You see, your offer is different from your product. Most people assume that their offer is the product or service they are selling.

Listen, having a great product is absolutely the first thing you should make sure you have. But, once you have that, it’s time to ‘frame’ your product or service in a way that makes it enticing – you need to make it no brainer.

We do this by crafting an ‘irresistible’ offer. An offer so good, it would be stupid to turn down.

A great offer increases the perceived value of the product and therefore increases the likelihood of someone buying it.

Now, this doesn’t mean lowering your prices. In fact, pricing is only one aspect of creating a killer offer.

Here are more in-depth guides to help you craft your offer so good – they have no option but to buy what you’re offering
09. Price Anchoring
How Price Anchoring Increase Sales

Price anchoring is a sales strategy to establish a price so that customers can refer to when making a purchasing decision.

You’ll often see this type of tactic used in sales copy, where they’ll have the usual price, let’s say: $100 crossed out like: $100

They’ll then have the price you pay underneath it, let’s say: $60.

By understanding cognitive bias, you can use price anchoring to encourage the prospect to put more weight on the first stated price and lead them to believe they are getting a bargain.

Now, this strategy must be used with careful consideration. There’s no point in picking a random price and sticking that as your ‘usual’ price.

Consumers aren’t stupid. They can smell when something is off, and this specific tactic can do more harm than good if you don’t do it properly.
For example, if your product is known to be $12.99 all year round. Then you decide to have a sale at $9.99 but state that the product was once $14.99 – you’ll likely lose the sale.

Dishonesty is not only a bad marketing strategy but is illegal too. So, use this strategy with care and honesty. If you’re having a 50% sale, then state that. But don’t make up your numbers to inflate the perceived value of your product or service.

10. Buyer Awareness Levels
Why Not All Buyers Were Created Equal

If there’s only one thing you take from this guide it’s this: understand buyer awareness levels.

This is one of the most underutilized, unknown, and frankly misunderstood concepts in marketing.

Here’s the short of it: Not all buyers were created equal.

Some people are ready to buy your product right now – while others need a bit more convincing that your solution is, indeed, what they need.

We call this ‘buyer awareness’. And understanding the different levels of buyer awareness can have a tremendous effect on your business.

There are five levels of customer awareness:
  • Unaware: These prospects, while the hardest to sell to, usually make up the vast majority of the market. Unaware prospects don’t even know they have a problem.
  • Problem Aware: This type of prospect knows that they have a problem and may have some idea that a solution exists but are not truly confident in the solution they need. They are more problem aware than product aware – even though they may know something out there can help. Your main objective here is to show how your product solves their problem.
  • Solution Aware: This is the middle ground and where a lot of businesses might find themselves – especially in the beginning stages of your business. Solution aware prospects know that products or services like yours are available but are not necessarily aware that your product or service exists. Your objective here is to raise awareness of your products.
  • Product Aware: These are the people who are aware that your product exists but might not have taken the time to actually purchase something. They’re also very likely to be familiar with other options on the market. Your objective here is to show how your product solves their problem better than your competitors.
  • Most Aware: These are usually the easiest customers to convert. These are your best customers, but small in size. They know about your business, your product, and how it can solve their problems. There’s very little convincing to do here other than keep the quality of your products and service in-line with what they’ve come to expect.

Understanding each awareness level and customizing your messaging and marketing to talk to each prospect’s specific need is one of the best things you can do for your business.

How you contact them, what you say, and when you say it will all change depending on where each customer is in their level of awareness.

Why? Well, here’s a guide to walk you through

11. Retargeting Strategies
One Of The Most Effective Marketing Strategy Today

Retargeting is a relatively new marketing strategy – but a powerful one, nonetheless.

Retargeting allows us to follow up with multiple touchpoints in interested prospects to ‘remind’ them of what we have to offer.

Now, remember, this isn’t simply following an uninterested person around like a creepy dude on the high street.

These prospects have initiated some interest in what we have to offer such as
  • Visited our website
  • Read a blog post
  • Signed up for our lead magnet
  • Reacted to our social content

Once they have done something that starts their interest, we can then retarget them and remind them about what they were interested in and lead them back into your funnel.

The content you use here will differ depending on where in the purchasing journey your prospect is – but in general, you’ll want to ensure your content provides a logical progression to the content they’ve already consumed.

Retargeting is a great way to:
  • Lower your advertising costs
  • Reach out to interested prospects
  • Increase your overall sales
  • Generate more brand awareness
  • Gain valuable insights into your target market
12. Average Order Value
Know Your Numbers

Most online businesses haven’t got a clue about their Average Order Value (AOV).

Sleeping on this simple metric can lead you to spend money where you don’t need to, have higher costs than is necessary, and slow the growth of your business down.

Here’s why…

Knowing your AOV is important as you’ll be able to not only plan your marketing budget with precision from the very start, but you’ll also gain better insights into the purchasing behavior of your customers resulting in improved pricing and marketing decisions.

13. Increasing Customer Lifetime Value:
Know Your Numbers 2.0

Another key metric to measure is your customer lifetime value or (CLTV).

Or in other words, how much is 1 customer worth to your business over the period of a ‘lifetime’.

Now, a lifetime isn’t necessarily when they die. In business, we use the term ‘lifetime’ to explain the time in which a customer keeps spending money with us.

So, for example, if Customer X purchases a monthly subscription of men’s razors every month at $20 and on average that customer keeps paying that subscription over an 18-month period before canceling their subscription – we can safely assume that our average customer lifetime value is $360.

So, what now?

Well, using that figure we can then determine how much we can spend to acquire that customer in the first place.

Technically speaking, if our average customer lifetime value is $360 – we could spend that exact amount to acquire that customer and STILL break even.

Then upsell, cross-sell, or even direct them to another product or service funnel to increase that individuals LTV.

It’s a powerful metric and one you should definitely be aware of. But there’s a lot more to it, and you check that all out here:
15. Remarketing Strategies
Do This From The Very Start…

While reTARGETING focuses on primarily paid ads that follow up with interested prospects…

…reMARKETING usually focuses on email.

Remarketing is essentially the process of collecting email addresses of your target audience (using a landing page and lead magnet for example) and then using that email list to follow up with them.

This is usually done using an autoresponder that can be a hugely beneficial tool to your business ‘arsenal’.

While many will shout from the hills that ‘email is dead!’ – the best businesses and marketers know that’s far from the truth.

In fact, did you know that email marketing still has one of the highest positive ROI in online marketing?

I don't know about you, but that’s one hell of a reason to incorporate email into your marketing strategy.

People can say they want to run a business. But very few are willing to put in the late nights, early mornings, and an untold amount of effort it takes to build, grow, and scale an online business. So that’s your first step: Invest in yourself and your mindset.

Each section has its own place and having a sound understanding of each one will help you tremendously as you move forward.

Thinking about outsourcing some of the strategies?
Not a bad way to think. But there is one caveat though…it’s wise to know exactly what you're outsourcing and how much you can afford to outsource. Having foundational knowledge on the topics will help you not only outsource efficiently (that is, cut the unnecessary tasks) but it’ll also help get the best quality work done at the best price.
Take copywriting for example.
